Alright so I've been starting a new, healthier diet. It's been working wonders already around day 7. I feel like I have more cognitive energy and I might also have more physical energy too. I want to test the physical component soon. The last time I thought I had pushed myself it felt like I could have done more. Also, doing things in general has gotten easier. Little things like house chores used to be somewhat burdensome. Now they are things I actively want to do and I also feel like I have the cognitive energy to engage in more things and activities.
Sleep has actually been fairly easy every night regardless of when I go to sleep. Weirdly I feel like I have more energy in the night. Last night I stayed up quite late and still felt like I had the energy to do more. I decided to go to sleep regardless of the fact and it never bothers me that I have this new energy. It seems like I can just fall asleep easier. I can generally focus on more positive things.
