Because it calls all the mints for an invoice, it takes about 2-3+ minutes to load all the mints balances

It says "could not determine" for every node/mint.

I guess that some caching would be appropriate or the server running this poller might be even considered a DoS tool.

I did consider that

Same similar issue with bitcoinmints site; way too many calls to the mint for no reason
