Iris is great and deserves more attention, I'm pushing it to a lot of people that never heard about and they are really shocked at how good it is.
I think that many would pay for a package with a premium relay and media storage; images copy/paste would be a killer feature.
The home/login page could be improved with some basic info about Nostr, Iris and the platform characteristics. A little pitch is not wasted to attract more users ;)
Web clients have been criticized a lot about security, so also a focus about this matter on how to on use the extension, even on mobile, is important imho.

Just like email addresses, many people can have the same username, but not on the same domain.
I think many would like that. Then its easier for newbies to get a nip.
