You’re most welcome! It’s really helped me. Interestingly, I first heard about it through my integrative veterinarian when my pup was having allergy issues. It’s a human grade supplement but really helped him, too. Less red and itchy and all natural. A win for all because seasonal allergies can be exhausting. :) 🤧

I always prefer the holistic option for anything, but when the allergies kick in and natural remedies take time to work, you have to reach for the Claritin to survive 🥲
Oh, 100%…there’s definitely a place for both. Hope you’re feeling better. My Quercetin is 500mg per capsule and if my allergies are really bad, I take 2 at one time. :)
