Every node will relay the content that makes it into a block. This is exactly why knots doesn’t accomplish anything.

There is already lude content on chain and thus on every node right now. It has no effect on Bitcoin and it has no effect on us using Bitcoin. Hardly anyone knew this before this debacle and nobody cared.
