I don’t understand why it only works on pixel. It by pass google by using a Google Hardware :/

Because to maintain the software to work on many different flavors of phones takes a lot of work, so they decided to just pick one.

And being able to relock the bootloader is crucial and not common in android phones, but pixels allow it.

Only the google pixel passes their security standards. It's all in the FAQ on their site.
