Yes! Except I didn’t see what the exact measurements were lol I just added a random amount of butter and coconut oil 😅 so not sure if mine was the exact bulletproof mix, but yes those were the articles I was reading.
I saw it on a TV program recently, I'm trying to remember where they were.
