I for one unironically welcome all sorts of ideological drivel like this to my TL. Communists like this guy, nazis and all the other forms of antihuman totalitarians with their lies, half-lies and untruths. They do offend me, or rather, they offend my intelligence and my human decency. But I'm a grown man, perfectly sure of the coherence of my belief in freedom as indivisible, and I would never ask for a ban or "control" against their offensive, ultimately and necessarily murderous discourse.
