I don't think this is a good idea. It should be left to the user to choose. Nostr does not do any review and restrictions. No one here can make review rules to prohibit everyone from doing anything.

I urged users to reject close sourced apps

obviously anyone can do whatever they want

Yes, Nostr is free and open, more apps need to be built here without any restrictions so that Nostr will prosper
