In the last year or so, I've become a fan of resistance bands for a workout. I do some workouts without any equipment, just body resistance, but using resistance bands gives me another option when I want a change-up. Unlike weight equipment, they take up no space, which is important to me since we have limited space. I have a set of bands that connects to wall anchors, easy peasy. Of course, most days I get more than enough exercise doing outdoor work, but sometimes I just feel like doing something different. Just a thought. #grownostr #workout

One of mine too. I like some of their anti establishment message but none of them made a peep about the inconsistencies in the official narrative of how 9/11 went down. Rogan won’t touch it, Shawn Ryan won’t touch it, Jack Carr won’t touch it, Chad Robichaux won’t touch it. Too professionally costly to combat something so plainly treasonous that has just enough plausible deniability to make the finger pointer look like the crazy one. Everyone should read David R Griffin’s “The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11”.
