(TLDR: Extropy is the opposite of decay. While entropy means things naturally break down over time {ike rust on metal or a crumbling empire} extropy is about growth, innovation, and pushing forward. It’s the force that builds instead of destroys. And Bitcoin is a perfect example of it.)
WHY BITCOIN IS THE FINANCIAL FORCE OF EXTROPY IMO?
Entropy pulls everything toward decay and disorder. whether it’s civilizations, currencies, or institutions. But some things push back. Some things resist. Bitcoin is one of them.
Max More’s concept of Extropy is about intelligence, technology, and life itself counteracting entropy. It’s about growth, resilience, and decentralization. And that’s exactly what Bitcoin represents.

I like all these ideas but not all of them are demonstrative of extropy.
We did do a whole episode of philosophy Sunday on how and why bitcoin fights entropy, and will be doing one shortly on how it moves humanity up the Kardashev scale.
I’ll find a way to move all the recordings into some platform other than X.
