everyone is looking much better when they are fit.

you don't need any medical transformation,

you just getting fit by controlling what and how you eat and stay active.

you don't have to go subscribe at the gym to get fit, just stay active is enough.

The most important part is food.

eat. real. food.

less processed food, more whole real food.

a food that you cannot tell what it is made of is no the food, it's an edible product.

your health will be much much better just by cuttting the bullshit out of your body.

human is meant to eat real food.

if real food is more expensive for you, learn to cook!
