If people has the minimum they need to pay or help them pay for their expenses, they get themselves out of poverty by studying instead of working at a very young age or working for unreasonably long hours just to be able to survive. Every developed country can pay a minimum to the elderly (especially if they don’t have a pension or their pension can’t help them cover their expenses) and peoples in need; this needs to be prioritized in the budget of the governments and donations can be collected to sustain it.
