Make sure that your follow list is uploaded to the relays that you connect to.

It is. I think it's because I was adjusting the inbox/outbox stuff, today, but I see other people having the same problem.

There are people who follow me 5 times a day. 😅 I get a notification each time and I can feel their frustration through the Nostrwebs.

Didn't I follow her? I thought I followed her? 🤔

I had the same problem but it dissappeared for me. Although I don't even use the follow list that much because I follow way to many people.

Because different clients organize lists and cache your profile in different ways and they get fucked up all the time going between clients. Same thing happens with relays.

Current best solution I know of is Nostr Profile Manager metadata.nostr.com to back up / restore your profile.
