To be fair, they're saying it contains no more than 100mcg per litre
The dose is .5 mL which means there's no more than .05 mcg per dose. A microgram is 1 millionth of a gram.
I still refused the vit K injection for both my kids & opted for 2 oral doses (with hindsight these were also probably unnecessary).
