If you verify an account that turns out to be a spam bot, you can Rescind your verification of that account, or otherwise risk your verifiers Rescinding their verification of you.

と書いてあるので相互するかどうかの是非はともかく、取り消すのは「こいつはBotですよ！」って言ってるように思える。そんなデータを取っているかはわからないけど。
