I've started using cinnamon because of you and I love it! I really want to back off of creamer for gut issues although heavy cream is the absolute best and it's hard to stop 🥺
Así lo he leído que al añadirle sal, hace que tus glándula gustativa este entre lo salado disminuya el amargo..
Pero me encanta con canela, o con un toque de chocolate..hubo un tiempo en mi país que no se encontraba el azúcar, se le añadía un toque de chocolate eso es la gloria. ☕🍫
