I challenge anyone that is not feeling optimal and or has any health or body weight issues to try one month of carnivore and report back. Just eat fatty meat until full and drink water. What do you have to lose?
Like, nothing else? No fruit, berries, vegetables or nuts?

Yes. One month then you can try adding things you miss back in. I have only added in some blueberries and an occasional apple. Have eaten this way for over two years and feel amazing.
I plan on giving it a shot soon
