I'm noticing many of the best leaders step into leadership roles RELUCTANTLY or hesitantly.

They do so, not because they have a desire to control or influence others, but because they sense it's the RIGHT thing to do to share and build upon their unique talents and skills.

And the very best vibe on a level where the success of 1 = more success for all.

Satoshi is such a great example.
