Other than knowing the name I know nothing about bok choy. Learn something new everyday. I only got it because it was a dollar at the nursery. This plant is shot from the heat but it has enough pods to plant a full bed.
The broccoli last fall was fun but didn’t produce as much as I had hoped. This stuff grows like a weed if I can convince my kids to eat it.
Once the seeds are mature and dried I’ll send you the excess. Would this be a spring crop for you?
