Don't follow anyone matching any of these criteria: plain or full names, face photo pictures, celebrities (incl nostr devs, influencers), repeat meme posters (/engagement farmers), excessive reposters, news (important news will be reposted by others), women (always attention seeking, they can't help it).

They are all more or less trying to get your attention, increase their following, instead of mission of spreading new knowledge and information truth.

Unless of course you are looking for entertainment rather than knowledge.
