What is the TLDF on the Vote in the UK yesterday?

Nigel Farage seems to be taking a victory lap, but my brief review seems to indicate the following:

1) Labor Party wins big and will take control of the govt. First time in over a decade Labor will control government.

2) Major loss for the Tory party.

3) New PM starts soon (today)?

4) Reform party gained a few seats, but it still seems the government is dominated by Labor/Tory?

Why is Nigel so pleased with this outcome?

What do the Brits think of the outcome?

Point me to a good source to get up to speed?
