Web3 game project FinSoul allegedly conducted a $1.6M exit scam by hiring actors to pose as executives and transferring funds to itself. Previous allegations of misconduct were made against FinSoul's developers for stealing $31.6M and performing an exit scam. The rebranded team, now known as Standard Cross Finance, relaunched with a new token contract and is attempting a third fraud.
