I hope the coming lawsuits around Covid gene therapy policies and DEI policies convince every corporation in the US that trying to placate the delusional woke communists is a very bad idea.

You might be right. But one of the few things to grow in the US outside of IT and the debt over the last 50 years is the number of lawyers minted every year. If there are a few big cases that result in big awards/settlements, it could trigger a feeding frenzy.
