Synology nas, start 9, and tailscale since we don't have clearnet.

(Not an expert, just what i have got to work)

Start9 allows you to run Nextcloud and/or File Browser locally which is great but ofc self hosting cloud has no geographic redundancy

Synology make good prosumer NASs as a recommendation, had it with no problems for 10 years
