What does the zappee receive from this? ecash that they can redeem from the mint?

Nope. Dnuts and all Cashu nuts are backed by Bitcoin. You will receive lightning into your wallet. 🥜⚡️
So then what purpose does the mint fulfill? If someone is requesting lightning and you send them lightning what do you gain by going through the mint?
