I have to admit that this Evercade device interests me. Neo Geo edition with swapable carts. Not sure about that d-pad though. Looks a bit sus as the kids say these days. 🤔 #gamer #gaming #videogames #vidyagames #retrogaming #damusgaming

I'm fond of the Anbernic emulator devices. The nicer ones are fairly powerful with touch screens and full controllers, so they can play a LOT of games. With large SD cards so cheap these days, you can carry around a MASSIVE library of games covering whole catalogs for pre-3D systems like the Neo Geo.

Is it easy to run Neo Geo games now via an emulator. My attempts to get them to work have been lackluster at best.

Honestly, I haven't tried Neo Geo specifically. Never played it back in the day, so I tend to emulate other systems. I would expect it to work well just based on the age of the system, but from what you're saying, maybe NG didn't get as much attention in the emulator space.
