No….didn’t know about that. Thanks for telling me I’ll search about it.There’s so much bs going on here. People taking advantage of international students,renting places without contract,scams of all kind. Gotta be really alert all the time. 🫣

Yeah, some are even offering a year or 2 rent upfront as things get so competitive.
