bitwarden's requirement to store your password across a network connection is a security vulnerability, i get pretty sick of hearing people recommending this over keepassxc

Bitwarden is using zero-knowledge cloud storage, your data and passwords are encrypted before leaving your device

there is no such thing as zero knowledge encryption, they have the data, and anyone with the key can access it

if your key is breached your data also not under your control either
