Tonight’s dinner: wild caught walleye, seasoned with Vera salt, lemon juice, and pluck zesty garlic beef organ seasoning. Served with mashed potatoes made with raw milk, grass fed butter, and lots of salt. Used broth from my oxtail soup as gravy.
