Yes it helps ... try. I never joke with this kind of stuff. Take 2 dissolvable 1000mcg of vitamin c in 2 dcl of water . Chilled water . Cold . And you will see ot will boost your energy and improve overall wellbeing. You can use it once per day. Not more. Its a lot of vitamin c.
