A couple years ago I was doing both but then the bitcoin outperformed and will continue to outperform the 529 so much that it doesn’t make sense to fund it any longer.

I might consider doing a bitcoin ETF if that was an option in it, but my 529 was with Vanguard. They are very anti-bitcoin.
