Any thoughts on Internxt? #asknostr

Here are mine:

1.) Customer service is dysfunctional. They promised 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. But when my trial was over, they were pushy and refused to refund me multiple times. Instead offered me to extend from 30 day trial to 60 day trial! They have the odacity to tell it would be a shame fore to miss on their GREAT FEATURE! I already raised it toy bank and as pf rhis writing they said they will refund me after so many back and forth dialogue! However, I am yet to see a confirmation stating it has been processed.

2.) The syncing is very slow. It kept telling me that it jas been fully synced but when I checked my cloud storage. There were files missing and it was not synced properly from desktop to the cloud.

3.) On their Android app, they promoted that they backup your gallery. However, when I had the app, this feature was gone and they confirmed it on the email too. You have to manually backup your photos, files and videos if you have Internxt.

I always take reviews as a reference a not as concrete stone. But this time, the reviews were overwhelming and similar experiences were written online. I only did a proper reasearch when I was doing the trial.

In summary, Internxt is not the company I'd trust my data the way they treated me as a customer. If they can promise something and they make it difficult to keep it then that is aassive red flag! Good job I did not purchase the lifetime plan!
