In terms of privacy, $XMR beats $BTC, and privacy > scaling.

#LightningNetwork is an L2 and although it improves privacy, it is still very hard to use privately. It's a close call between the two.

Yep huge. Nothing important is happening on public transparent blockchains. they can be run privately and be used by the company and their trusted partners. Meanwhile monero worth nothing I'm comparison of all the scams out there.
