Very glad those kids are out of the concentration camp. But, seriously, WTF?
"Of the approximately 35,500 people being held in the camps — down from a peak of more than 60,000 after ISIS's self-proclaimed caliphate collapsed in 2019 — more than 90 percent are women and children, according to the U.S. State Department. Roughly two-thirds are under age 18 and roughly half are under age 12."
I can't think of a better way to keep al-Baghdadi's "dream" alive than persecuting children, including so many orphans, keeping them locked in a concentration camp with no work, little schooling, and nothing to do except learn terrorism to get back at their jailers.
The SDF is being paid lavishly to keep this system going, of course.
I approve of what the US State Department is doing there, but cowardly European governments and Arab puppet dictatorships need to step up and take their people back.
If those people have committed crimes, man up and charge them. If they haven't, then they deserve the same rights as other citizens.
