Thank you, going into nov we had 50 head in here. Have had outdoor lettuce for xmas for 2 years now

Do you grow Brussels sprouts?

Yes, at my daughters request, we are trying this year. Its a very late season crop so we wont get them going til Julyish

They’re so good when your roast them, most vegetables are.

₿rowned in the Cast iron with ₿acon reserves is how we serve them.

I prefer roasting since it doesn’t add many calories (a tiny bit of oil aside) so it still fits in my meal plan.
