Nah, the 2nd isn't that certain at all.
The monololy on information of the state is breaking as we speak. This will break the statist spell and make taxation theft again in the mind of the people.
Once 10 or 20% of the polulation considers taxation theft, it will be unenforcable and it will be over quicker than anyone can imagine.
