all above there in all places - difference is what level and how frequently commoner faces them. by that measure maybe Kenya someone will face that more frequently than other places. also 1000 people making $10 scams = 10K guess one 1 person making 1billion scam but is not felt by commoners. that difference. all countries have anti-corrupt or vigilance dept but few have teeth to bite.
I think in Kenya they all stick together if you are white and then you are the victim. They think a white person is a stupid fool and just lie into your face! It is sad, but here it works different...
