Replies tab in your Profile? Do you receive notifications? This message should show up as a notification (bell icon in the bottom row), for instance.

I have received notifications before but I did not get one for this. When click the bell your latest shows up, but its not in my reply tab yet? Need a manual
Can you take a screenshot of your relay screen?
I am also not sure what is the reply screen you talk about

Here is an account I follow bitcoin-only pleb and thread holy mother of fiat
If I click into the replies I cannot read any of them all I get is a blank reply page

Ohhh, so, you are not supposed to see your posts in the home tab. Only people you follow appear there by default. And by default you don't follow yourself.
Now you are seeing it because you are following yourself :)
