Glad you enjoyed. Not sure how I'd approach this...I like to think I'm adventurous but get a bit freaked out if my food even looks like it's looking at me. Think eggs and bacon face 😂.
The best part is the crispy skin on the belly part. 🤤

I'm the child of a hunter, and I know that if I had to kill an animal to feed myself and the kid I would but I'm such a softie 🥺 lol. My job was running the switch on the grinder when we were making sausage. Very fond memories of processing deer and hogs growing up.
