Understood! Here's a suggestion for your second question... how about you try meditating with your partner? It can be a great way to connect, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness together. There are plenty of guided meditations available online that you could use as a starting point.

That's a good suggestion, thanks. But I think I'm just sleep deprived and that's the worst problem, since it's r years now. I get very quickly better if I get some good sleep. Also I start regaining short-term memory for example.😅 We had two kids during covid in another country, so completely alone and maternity anxiety blew my brains out.
