Sounds like dust. Or maybe dust attack to trace. Ashigaru will restrict the use of dust. Most wallets don't even have utxo control, but don't consolidate it if it worries you.
what is a dust attack? what can they do with sending such a small amount to me?

Track your transactions allegedly, but I don't understand why they couldn't track your existing utxos.
