Sipping some light roast Ethiopian Yirgacheffe this morning and it is tasting great.

Had a fantastic interview yesterday with a breathwork expert for my show Direct Or Detour. Australian ex special forces that now is on a mission to fight the solider suicide epidemic in Australia and the US. Episode will release later this month.
