I’m not sure what the icons and colours in that screenshot mean

The green icons are for turning off certain features, like disabling global, dm, etc for specific relays. Amethyst on Android.

On and off, sometimes it shows nothing is uploading/downloading, sometimes it does.

By any chance do you have multiple clients open at the same time?

Did it myself but started ruling them out. Using nostrgram now. #[2]

Nope, always just used amethyst. Will test others in the future.
