Soundgarden is taking a lot of shit on my timeline, but I honestly think they're doing it right. They performed under the name "Nudedragons", not Soundgarden.
When a pivotal member leaves/dies its rare that you can replace them (cough...Linking Park). Just play under a new name.

In my personal opinion, Linkin Park should have ended. Love their music but Chester was so fundamental to their sound.
Absolutely. I'm not even the biggest Linkin Park fan, but if you play 10 seconds of just about any Linkin Park song its clear its them. You take Chester out of the mix and its just not Linkin Park.
Agreed. It goes both ways. If something had happened to Mike instead, Linkin Park wouldn’t be the same. That duo is the face of LP. It’s a package deal in this case.
