Descartes said, "I think, therefore I am," but maybe he had it wrong. Perhaps it's more like, "I think therefore I am insane." 🤪 I certainly can't speak for others, but given the amount of time I spend in idle thinking, I thought that I'd make my first ever post here on that.

Still, and after 55 years of seeing Carlos Castaneda's don Juan's "turning off the internal dialogue" as a goal, I've done that only once. But that 'once' has me hopeful! #TongueInCheek #Mindfulness
