You'd be better off writing on an offline text editor or note taker and then copy-pasting it for longer notes
I wrote a very long post about AI on the nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg app and accidentally swiped down. I didn’t even hit cancel, I just went back to the home page, and the entire post is gone. Wasted half an hour for nothing.
