I haven’t taken an ice bath in over a year.

When I’m honest it’s because I was scared of that discomfort after taking a break from this consistent practice. Time grew and so did my reluctance to get in.

I’ve committed to 7 days straight of ice baths just to inject that vitality back into my routine, and after day two I remember how powerful it is especially pre work out.
