Nice, I pretty much just drink green tea (Japanese sencha) but I love an earl grey every once in awhile

haven't had an earl grey in ages

haven't heard of sencha yet

Ya sencha is just kinda the everyday drinking green tea in Japan, it is a little high quality though because it is just leaves no stems.

I mostly stick to green tea cuz I don’t do well with lots of caffeine, wish I could drink more coffee and black tea because I love the taste of them.

also how much difference with caffeine between black and green

I think a cup of green tea is like 40-50 mg where black tea is 70-100 mg
