As expected, it only posts to Primal's server and not my own...I was concerned this was the case, and now I'm starting to see the problem here.

You don't have to use Primal... There are other clients out there

oh for sure...I've been playing around with about a dozen tonight lol. i do like the Primal experience the best though for some reason. Feels comfortable I guess.
Yeah their UX is really good
